INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTICS CLASS
COED REC Levels 1 – 3 & Advanced Rec are for ages 5+ who are currently enrolled in grade school (K-12). Our preschool-aged gymnasts should be enrolled into one of our preschool gymnastics programs.
These start with an hour-long class using bigger equipment. All levels continue and perfecting those foundational skills of gymnastics. Advanced Rec increases in duration to 1.5 hours long.
This class is for gymnasts who have gymnastics experience and have mastered the introductory skills. Gymnasts will build on these introductory skills and will improve their technique while working on more advanced skills, including round offs, bridge kick overs, pull overs from the floor and back hip circles.
