RECREATIONAL POLICIES
ALL PARENTS:
- You are responsible for your child’s behavior and safety while in the waiting room.
- Please DO NOT LEAVE ANY OF YOUR CHILDREN UNATTENDED in our facility outside of their scheduled class/event/camp.
- For the safety of the staff and children, please, no parents in the gym during independent classes (other than parent & me class). We will be happy to come get you if we feel you are needed.
- Please be sure to remain in the designated viewing areas while watching your gymnast and avoid crowding in the hallways and pathways in the gym
- For safety reasons, please no photography/videography.
ILLNESSES:
- Do not bring your sick child or a sick sibling to the gym
- If your child has been sick in the past 24 hrs with a fever, yellow-greenish mucus from their nose, vomited or had diarrhea, they need to stay at home.
- Children must be free of a fever for 24 hrs without the aid of medication.
Your Everest Gymnastics staff and classmates appreciate your cooperation.
STUDENT DROP-OFF & PICK-UP:
- Please be sure to have your child at the gym at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their class.
- Parents must wait in the lobby with their child until classes are called in to the gym.
- Students must be picked up promptly at the scheduled end time of their class.
- Please be sure to come inside the building to pick up your student. We can not permit them to walk out into the parking lot without a parent present.
- If your child is preschool aged, please plan to stay for the entirety of their class.
HOLIDAYS:
Please note that we do not follow the CMS calendar for scheduled closings. We will post all closings on our website at www.everest-gymnastics.com.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Please note that we do not follow the school system’s inclement weather closings. In the event of inclement weather, please check our Facebook page, twitter or our website at www.everest-gymnastics.com for inclement weather closings.
INSURANCE:
All students must have personal health insurance.
PROPER ATTIRE:
- One-piece leotards or properly fitted tee shirts and athletic shorts are acceptable for class.
- No oversized clothing should be worn that may impede the athlete’s vision when inverted
- Please no leotards with attached skirts or bare midriffs
- Please do not send an athlete to class in any clothing with buttons, snaps or zippers
- Athlete should attend class barefoot, without socks on, as they pose a slipping hazard on some surfaces in the gym (EXCEPTION: Tumbling classes may wear clean -indoor only- cheer shoes.)
- Hair should be secured neatly away from the child’s face, with long hair secured in a bun or other style that will not impede the athlete’s ability to see or get in the way during inversion of the body. If the ponytail touches the floor or mat when doing a handstand, it must be secured in a bun.
- All jewelry (except stud earrings in the ear lobes) must be removed before class
- All other personal belongings should be left in a cubby or with parents.
- Please do not bring valuables into the gym, as we are not responsible for lost items
2025 Everest Recreational Showcase
Saturday/Sunday, May 31st & June 1st, 2025
At the completion of the school calendar session, we will hold our Everest Showcase performance for all recreational gymnasts.
All recreational students will be automatically enrolled into the end of the season performance.
There will be a $75.00 fee per student to participate which will include the required performance attire (leotard, etc.). All performance fees are required to be paid in advance.
This fee will be processed by auto-pay on February 25th, 2025.
SHOWCASE SCHEDULE:
Each gymnast will participate in one 45-60 minute block over the course of the weekend for their Showcase.
Once we have finalized the schedule, we will send it out with the exact day and time that your athlete will perform.
Our aim is to get this information out by May 1, 2025.
Due to the timeline required to order event attire and awards, we are unable to accept late registrations for the Showcase.
Billing Policies:
ALL FEES ARE IMMEDIATELY POSTED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND ARE DUE AND PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT AND ARE REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR SPOT.
WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS AN ENROLLMENT WITHOUT PAYMENT.
ALL MEMBERS MUST HAVE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ON FILE FOR AUTOMATIC PROCESSING OF TUITION PAYMENTS.
- Tuition is paid in advance and will be billed on the 25th of the month prior to classes (For Example, October’s tuition will be billed on September 25th) and will be charged to the card on file.
- If, for any reason, the card is declined and payment is not received by the first of the month, students will be dropped from their classes and we will call any waitlisted students to offer them the open spot, if applicable.
- You will receive a receipt each month by email regarding actual charges to your credit card.
- Our recreational programs run a “Monthly” billing cycle and will run from mid August through the beginning of June.
- You will have the option to enroll for classes during the summer schedule or you may break for the summer, but your placement/class of your choice will not be guaranteed for fall.
RECREATIONAL CLASS TUITION:
$95.00 per month – 45 minute class
$110.00 per month – 1 hour class
$150.00 per month – 1.5 hour class
RECREATIONAL CLASS DISCOUNTS:
Sibling Discount:
- 10% for the second child
- 20% for each child after on the lowest tuition.
Multiple Class Discount:
- 10% for the second class
- 20% for each class after on the lowest tuition.
*Only one discount applies per class.*

REGISTRATION FEES:
- In order to participate in classes at Everest Gymnastics, participants must be registered members of Everest Gymnastics Training Center.
- We require the Registration Fee as well as the first month’s tuition to be paid at the time of enrollment.
- This fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Registration fees willed be billed on an annual basis (Upon Fall enrollment in July/August) and are as follows:
RECREATIONAL MEMBERS: $70.00 – Individual Student Membership Fee
$110.00 – Family Membership Fee
Registration fees will be prorated for gymnasts who begin after September.
SHOWCASE FEE:
All recreational athletes will be automatically enrolled in our Everest Showcase.
This fee is $75 and includes your gymnast’s event attire and award.
Showcase fees will be processed automatically to the card on file on February 25th, with March tuition.
LATE PICK-UP FEES:
For the safety of our athletes, parents must be in the gym to pick up their gymnast at the end of their class. Our staff often has back-to-back classes and is not able to wait with a child until their parent arrives. While we understand that there are sometimes unavoidable circumstances, those who are habitually late to pick up their child will receive a courtesy email reminding them of the ending time of their child’s class. Future late pick ups after the email reminder will result in a charge of $1 per minute late to your account for each occurrence.
LATE PAYMENT FEES:
For any payments received after the 25th of the month, a late fee in the amount of $25.00 will be applied to your account. All late fees, declined card fees, or non-sufficient funds fees along with tuition will be required to be paid prior to participation for the following month.
RETURNED CHECKS:
All Returned Checks will be subject to a $50.00 fee.
